TIPPER TIE

TIPPER TIE clips are manufactured from a special aluminium alloy with an ingredient precision that far exceeds the requirements for producing conventional wire. TIPPER TIE aluminium wire is drawn in different shapes, in order to ensure the production of the optimum clip for the respective application at the customer. This includes clips in trapezoid, ellipse and circle shapes. The dimensions of all TIPPER TIE clips, particularly their longitudinal and transverse dimensions, are kept within very narrow tolerances in order to guarantee perfect closure at all times. Furthermore, the clip ends are rounded and lubricated so that the two legs of the clip align simultaneously when the clip covers the packaging material and form a tight, clean lock. The result is a clip that always ensures a soft and secure closure.


TIPPER TIE offers you the entire pallet from one manufacturer - equipment, clips, hinges, labels and knives for smooth production and increased safety. A special alloy, calibrated profile and dimensional accuracy ensure high product quality. Several methods of marking products for reliable identification: coloured clips or loops, embossing on clips, or clipped labels. The loops offered come off the carrier tape without residue when clipped. The labels are a very useful tool for the continuous tracking of products, ensuring complete traceability along the entire process chain, from the producer to the end-user. Good-quality clips are particularly important for successful closure with clips. The composition of the metal, the clip size and the application technology are decisive factors for closing the product in the packaging. The clip itself provides the final corrugation of the product packaging. Furthermore, the closure has to ensure that the pack closes reliably under a wide range of ambient conditions. In the case of sausage products, the closure has to withstand high temperatures during cooking and smoking. With vacuum-packed products, the clipping maintains the tightness of the pack for the entire shelf life. In the case of mesh products, the clip must be able to withstand heavy weights, such as large pieces of ham in the smokehouse and large chilled turkeys, until they arrive in the kitchens of the end consumer.


Loops

TIPPER TIE

Wear-resistant sausage packaging loops for manual and machine packaging. They are made of special, durable yarns. A special, durable knot ensures optimum loading. The combination of machine and hinge provides maximum reliability and durability. Thermally-bonded loops are automatically fed into the clip machines and disconnected during production without leaving any residue behind. We offer loops in various thicknesses for different weights from 4 to 12 kg for products of different sizes and weights.


Labels

TIPPER TIE

A wide range of labelling systems for a wide variety of applications. Labels are printed and applied during production and provide traceability throughout the production chain from the manufacturer to the end consumer. They can be attached to the first or second clip. With information printed on them, such as date, weight, batch number, manufacturer's code, etc., they become individual information carriers. For advertising purposes they can also be pre-printed with the customer's brand logo. The labels and print are water- resistant and can be used in boiling water.


Twine

TIPPER TIE

Sturdy twine for hanging ring products in two designs. The special twine is made of tear- resistant white synthetic yarn. They are ideal for tying up the ends of sausages before smoking. The special twine is available in 2mm or 3mm thick, depending on customer requirements. The twine adds a rustic charm to the sausages and is made from natural fibres. Available in natural or brightly coloured variants.


Knife sets for the TTCut extra fine shredder

TIPPER TIE

The knife sets are easily and safely removed from the chopping chamber. The carbide plates of the cutting ring are interchangeable, so that only they need to be replaced if necessary. This is a significant advantage for reducing operating costs and achieving high hygienic standards. The particularly fine TTCut shredders are available with 125/150/180 mm knife sets.

